Subscription Access
Certain Big Whale Ltd. products, applications, or premium features may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. Subscription access, pricing, features, and billing frequency will be described at the point of purchase or within the relevant product interface.
Your subscription grants you access only for the applicable billing period and only to the features included in the selected plan.
Free Trials and Promotional Offers
From time to time, Big Whale Ltd. may offer free trials, discounted pricing, introductory promotions, or limited-time access to premium features. Unless otherwise stated, such offers are temporary and may be modified, withdrawn, or restricted at our discretion.
If a trial converts into a paid subscription, billing will begin automatically at the end of the promotional period unless you cancel beforehand in accordance with the relevant platform or payment provider rules.
Billing and Renewal
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider or platform to charge the recurring fees associated with your plan.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. If payment cannot be processed, access to the relevant subscription service may be limited, suspended, or terminated.
Pricing Changes
Big Whale Ltd. may change pricing, subscription packages, feature scope, or service availability at any time, subject to applicable law and, where required, reasonable notice through the relevant platform, website, or product interface.
Any updated pricing will generally apply on a future billing cycle and will not retroactively change charges that have already been processed.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the platform, app store, payment processor, or account settings used for the original purchase. Cancellation will typically take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
Refund eligibility depends on the terms of the platform through which the subscription was purchased and any applicable consumer protection laws. Big Whale Ltd. does not guarantee refunds except where legally required or expressly stated.
Platform-Specific Terms
If you purchase a subscription through a mobile app store, marketplace, or third-party billing platform, that provider may impose additional rules concerning payment processing, renewal, cancellation, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and subscription management.
In the event of a conflict relating specifically to payment processing or refunds, the terms of the applicable purchase platform may control to the extent required by that platform’s policies or applicable law.
Suspension or Termination
Big Whale Ltd. may suspend or terminate subscription access if we reasonably believe that an account is being used in violation of our Terms of Service, applicable law, payment platform rules, or the intended use of the service.
Suspension or termination of access does not automatically entitle a user to a refund unless such refund is required by law or expressly granted by the applicable sales platform.
